96 Tests PN: B112468

Components:

45x Ab-conjugated beads (S4P3 - Human CTACK Ab-bead). PN: B112468A. One vial containing 100 µL of anti-Human CTACK conjugated to AimPlex Bead S4P3.

25x Biotin-detection Ab (Human CTACK Biotin-dAb). PN: B112468B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-Human CTACK.

Lyophilized Standard Mix-Human Group 6, Panel 7-Plex. PN: HG61007. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant 6Ckine, BRAK, BCA-1, CTACK, CCL28, ENA-78, and CXCL16.  Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human CCL27/SCYA27/CTACK. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Human Group 6.  To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (PN: P100001) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Storage:  2-8 C in the dark.

Important: Sodium azide forms explosive compounds with heavy metals. These products contain <0.05% (w/w) azide which with repeated contact with lead and copper commonly found in plumbing drains may result in the buildup of shock sensitive compounds. Dispose in accordance with regulations from your institute.

For Research Use Only.  Not for use in diagnostic procedures.

Description:

Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 27 (CCL27) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family also known under the names SCYA27, "small inducible cytokine subfamily A (Cys-Cys), member 27",  IL-11 R-alpha-locus chemokine (ILC), Skinkine, ESkine and Cutaneous T-cell-attracting chemokine (CTACK). It is associated with homing of memory T lymphocytes to the skin, and plays a role in T cell-mediated inflammation of the skin. CCL27 is expressed in numerous tissues, including gonads, thymus, placenta and skin. It elicits its chemotactic effects by binding to the chemokine receptor CCR10. Diseases associated with CCL27 include chronic recurrent multifocal osteomyelitis and hypophosphatasia.
