Lyophilized Standard Mix-Human Group 9 Panel A, 8-Plex. PN: HG9008A. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant human sFas, sICAM-3, sL-selectin, sP-selectin, sIL-1RI, sVEGFR1, sCD40, and sNCAM-1.  Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Human IL-1RI/sCD121a. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Human Group 9.  To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (PN: P100001) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Description:

Interleukin 1 receptor, type I (IL1R1) also known as CD121a, is a cytokine receptor that belongs to the interleukin-1 receptor family. This protein is a receptor for interleukin 1 alpha (IL1A), interleukin 1 beta (IL1B), and interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (IL1RA). It is an important mediator involved in many cytokine induced immune and inflammatory responses. This gene along with interleukin 1 receptor, type II (IL1R2), interleukin 1 receptor-like 2 (IL1RL2), and interleukin 1 receptor-like 1 (IL1RL1) form a cytokine receptor gene cluster in a region mapped to chromosome 2q12.
