25x Biotin-detection Ab (Human MPIF-1 Biotin-dAb). PN: B112513B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-Human MPIF-1.

Lyophilized Standard Mix-Human Group 7, Panel A, 8-Plex. PN: HG71008. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant Eotaxin-3, GCP-2, GROα, HCC-1, HCC-4, I-309, MCP-2, and MPIF-1. Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human CCL23/SYCA23/MPIF-1. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Human Group 7.  To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex NR Basic Kit (PN: P100001) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Description:

CCL23 (Chemokine C-C motif ligand 23) is a small cytokine belonging to the CC chemokine family that is also known as small inducible cytokine A23 (SYCA23),  Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 3 (MIP-3) and Myeloid Progenitor Inhibitory factor 1 (MPIF-1). CCL23 is predominantly expressed in lung and liver tissue, but is also found in bone marrow and placenta.  It is also expressed in some cell lines of myeloid origin. CCL23 is highly chemotactic for resting T cells and monocytes and slightly chemotactic for neutrophils. It has also been attributed to an inhibitory activity on hematopoietic progenitor cells. Diseases associated with CCL23 include sialadenitis.
