25x Biotin-detection Ab (Mouse IL-20 Biotin-dAb). PN: B211242B. One vial containing 100 µL of biotinylated anti-mouse IL-20.

Lyophilized Standard Mix - Mouse Group 4 Panel A, 7-Plex. PN: MG4007A. One vial containing lyophilized recombinant FGF-1, FGF-2, FGF-9, HGF, IL-11, IL-20, and IL-33.  Note: If multiple analyte kits on the above target list are ordered as a panel, only one vial of standard mix is supplied for those analyte kits.

Application: Optimal antibody pair and antigen standard for assaying human Mouse IL-20/IL-10D. Can be multiplexed with other analytes in Mouse Group 4. To be used in conjunction with the AimPlex Mouse/Rat Basic Kit (PN: P200201) and a diluent kit. Refer to the AimPlex Multiplex Immunoassay User Manual and kit inserts for the assay procedure.

Description:

Interleukin 20 (Accession Q9JKV9) belongs to the Interleukin 10 family and Interleukin 20 cytokine subfamily, which also includes IL-19, IL-22, IL-24, and IL-26. IL-20 is involved in facilitating communication between leukocytes and epithelial cells, thus aiding in tissue repair. IL-20 aides in activating STAT3 in epithelial cells. Interleukin 20 is correlated with inflammatory skin diseases such as eczema and psoriasis. IL-20 has been shown to promote angiogenesis in human tissue samples both in vitro and in vivo.
